LOL don't get your panties in a bunch. My friend has ONE child, the child is 15 years old, and the parents have been split-up for 2 years. They were married for quite some time, it wasn't some 'accident' situation.
Not everyone who has kids and is backdated on child support is backdated cos they're a loser and don't want to pay. With today's economic climate it's harder than ever to get and keep a job, so this kind of thing is happening more and more often I'm sure.
