Never had a girl ask, am I picking her because she's pretty. In fact with some, that's a hurdle you need to get across. They know or believe they are pretty and don't have to do more then turn up at a bar to get attention. These are the real money earners if you can direct them. Yes they like being told they're pretty, good, sexy, look great in that pose, outfit etc. And this is why why flirting and flattery works well on set. Still the #1 reason she's there, is to get paid.
