Here in Amsterdam being an occupier in most cases means:
You don't work
You want money from people who do work
You steal
You're agressive
You're addicted to drugs and/or alcohol
You vandalize
You pollute
You're intolerant
You don't shower
And i'm sure i forgot a bunch...
