So it grabs a few thousand vids that are all working today and processes them into your tube site...and then tomorrow a hundred of them get dmca'ed down, the scraper would never know and the tube script already has made the page on the scraper site with a vid that doesn't exist anymore.

I suppose that if these big scraper sites actually had somebody there who was a real webmaster and kept an eye on things and had some programming skills, that they could get creative and write a separate job to spider through the site every day and remove any pages with scraped vids that no longer exist.

But I don't see a lot of care and webmaster skills really being used on a lot of these sites. They don't seem to have guys like you or me that actually work on the sites or care about them.
