I suppose that if these big scraper sites actually had somebody there who was a real webmaster and kept an eye on things and had some programming skills, that they could get creative and write a separate job to spider through the site every day and remove any pages with scraped vids that no longer exist.
But I don't see a lot of care and webmaster skills really being used on a lot of these sites. They don't seem to have guys like you or me that actually work on the sites or care about them.

Not that I would want to throw any support behind most of the scrapers, but a simple embed check every few hours would remove anything dead... I know a few do this, but those that are power scraping may not.
