I continue to buy traffic. Usually have 5+ major sources running at all times along with a bunch of paid hardlinks. Majority of what I buy is text links or thumbs with text link descriptions as the more descriptive your advertising is the higher quality or a warm lead over a cold one. Popunder/blind/skimmed traffic can work but I have always been more successful with targeted clicked text links or text link/thumbs. Buying from high quality countries helps as well.
