One thing I've learnt over the years is that girls simply do not hear anything they don't want to hear at the time. There is no downside to telling them every time, in great detail that they will for sure get found out. In fact, it helps. Tell a girl she won't get found out and she'll assume something is hinky as it's all too good to be true and that you are just a zero who's bought a camera to see girls naked.
At the time they agree to the first shoot they're normally more worried about being scammed by the photographer than that the pictures will actually get seen.
I don't think there's any point trying to second guess what a girls motivations are, all you can do is make sure you got the info across so it leaves no wriggle room for later.
A lot of times girls get found out because they tell just one person who they trust completely - who promptly tells EVERYONE they know. "My mate has just done porn" being being the kind of triple A rated gossip no girl will ever resist for long.
