Bullshit
Take a wait and see. The requirement doesn't apply to anyone shooting on a studio set. I imagine we will see the most of the industry move to studio sets instead of producer's bedrooms and back alleys. I imagine this is an excellent opportunity for somebody to convert an apartment complex into a studio complete with numerous bedrooms, pool and Jacuzzi for shoots.
