Time for me to jump in on this one.
Aaron... Remember that for some people there is a language barrier. And facial expressions and voice inflection doesn't always come through when you mean something as a joke. Also not everyone knows your personality. Don't you think coming back and saying "Hey Mike it was just a joke bro... No hard feelings?" maybe would be a better route every no and then.
Mike... Aaron like to make jokes. As I stated above voice inflection and facial expressions don't always come through and I know when he said what he said he meant it as a joke.
I think if both of you post pictures of yourselves from the show you maybe you will be surprised at who you are actually talking to. Mike I was on the panel with you and got to talk with you several times during the show.
And believe me on this guys, Mike is by no means a newbie. He knows his shit and has been a designer for a long time.
Maybe we all just need to take a step back and smile a little more often.
