They are fucking amateurs. I used to have a server there and it was a bitch to get
anything fixed, because the techs on duty are some indian monkeys and don't know shit other than to restart a server and for a proper senior tech you have to wait up to a day.
About IPs: even if you pay for them, there is some bullshit ARIN rule that requires a justified reason for a unique IP. (because apparently teh internet is running out of IPs, and very few hosts switched to the new IPv6 protocol.
What I would reccomend: if it's not mission critical (just some blogs for SEs) you can try the Webair virtual hosting. Tech support sucks, but you can buy extra IPs through a control panel.
