Google is a huge public company, with shareholders and all. The policies are important. You think they care about some porn site more than about it's overall image?
I agree that if people sit on their ass and do nothing, Google won't bother doing anything either. But if people start drawing attention, and showing that the companies policies are being violated - they'd be pressed to at least investigate.
I'm not saying it's a 100% sure-fire way to get rid of the tubes, but this is a possible solution to a big problem that doesn't take ANY resources. At least give it a try.
