It was a nasty little rouge "system-check" hides all your processes, makes one think Cdrive is empty, and really just makes one think they have to buy there product to remove.
run Rkill, load malerbytes in safe mode, and spin a utility that removes the +H to unhide everything else. Hell, I had more fun getting rid of this then watching most of the cam feeds they have to offer!!
