He's an excellent speaker. He knows just what to say and what NOT to say. He's very, very good at leaving out the right words. Things like "I won't increase your income taxes or your social security taxes" (instead I'll start inventing entirely new taxes within months of taking office).

For another example, in all of his major speeches since 2008 he's promised to bring our troops home. Let's have a look at what he meant by that:



He did exactly what he said, he brought the troops home. Being the polished speaker he is, he didn't mention he was going to bring them home in pine boxes. I don't know about you, but I prefer to NOT be dead.
