No argument from me on those points, except for I'd change the word nominees to all people involved.
But what you fail to realize and most people do is that it takes a entire team and in most cases many teams to put out a complete product.
The person you just disrespected and called a child, may be the child who edits your videos, the child who owns the hosting company your site is on, the child who owns your CC processing. Now is that child the type to let it go cuz it doesn't matter or is he a vengeful dick with nothing better to do all day then fuck your world over and over. I learned the hard way myself.
Respect is earned, not given and it's damn not sure not demanded.
