But it always amazes me how so many people take a certain perverse pride in posting that they are *not* reading something longer than a paragraph or two. It's just one of the many short responses people use to get their sig posted, inflate their post counts, etc. I could make a new post about Zombie Zebras right now and the first 15 responses will be one liners - the same 15 people who make the first 15 responses in every thread, most likely. Just so happens that this was a long post, so it's easy to reach into the rarely used one liners of "too long, boring" etc and breathe a little fresh air and excitement into their daily one line response ritual.
