That's a good point worth noting. These companies can just start fresh again, and now with a lot less competition.
Either way, it's still a good thing. The uploaders are the true enemy here, millions of their links are now wiped from the internet. Even if new companies rise, the threat of them being taken down is now a reality. That threat might keep uploaders from spending countless days re-uploading stuff to a new site.
