good point, but he really isn't all that bad when he stays within the range of his abilities though. Not all actors need to be able to have huge ranges to be good. Harrison ford hasn't strayed much from Han solo in the last 30 years and nobody complains about his performances.
As for Brad Pitt, what is with all the hate with this guy? He's come a long way from all that pretty boy shit and still people can't get over the fact that girls like him? He's not Robert Redford no, but he does play a good range of different characters and does it really well, what else you need in a movie?
Reynolds is bad and does bad movies, that's the biggest difference. If he keeps doing them he will fizzle out just as fast as he came in.
