I was just looking some stuff up and it looks like the average person convicted of racketeering serves around 48 months in the federal pen. Since it is federal time they will likely serve all or just about all of it.

It that is still accurate (the numbers were from a few years ago) would bet if convicted of all charges he will get somewhere between 4-8 years in the fed and be hit with massive fines.
