Uploading still looks like it is up. I've had content I've been trying to get removed there for two weeks now. I tried to send them DMCA but their DMCA submit form is broken (intentionally?) and Paypal are severely dragging their feet in their "investigation". At one point last week Paypal told me all links have been removed, yet, I clicked on all the same links in the email I sent them and every single one still worked. Been waiting days for them to get back to me again.
