Last time I was in L.A. it was like that.
* Bums outside of the restaurants just sitting there. You had to literally step over them.
* Some handicap in Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive. He was dressed like a ex-military guy.
* Black "rap stars" in Venice trying to get you to buy a copy of a signed CD.
* Mexicans with oranges or some other fruit on side of the road at the stop lights.
* Darth Vader and Iron Man in front of Gruman's Chinese Theatre asking for "tips".
