I usually hand out change here and there and once in a while if I go to a drive through at McDonalds or Tim Hortons or something I'll big up a second sandwich or 2 + coffee to give it away a few blocks down where I know there is always one poor bastard in the cold who could really use some food. The Squeegeepunks are another story. They clearly have money, take their poor fucking dogs with them where ever they go, have bad attitude etc. I saw one of them throw a rock at a car who wouldn't stop for him once. Clearly he was stoned or drunk, but still.
