I am not a moron that why I call for the LAWS to be changed, rather than advocate someone sue to get those (impossible to get under the current unfair laws) penalties imposed.
The best i can do is protest, and win the dispute to get my content put back up. And if i can prove market loss, that the takedown was done in bad faith my losses ONLY. (on average 46% of my loses after lawyer's fees)

Then take to the streets. Rally your fellow fair use, human rights and free speech advocates around you. March on the halls of the lawmakers and demand to be heard! You have been wronged and it is time for you make a change. You advocate change. You call for change. You ask everyone if they would agree with this change yet you do nothing to make it happen. Now is your time! Make yourself into a martyr and march upon the streets demanding that you be heard. The masses will join you. How could they not?
