In all fairness I have not seen the video so I have no idea what form this parody and/or commentary took. However, Gideon, if you know in your heart that your commentary/parody was legit than you just had your fair use rights/free speech rights violated by Viacom with a bogus DMCA take down.

You can help set case law for valid fair use and if you sue requesting that the form of damages they should receive is the loss of their copyrights you can be a leader in the movement you so desperately champion.
