6 minutes of animation is a lot. it won't be cheap even if you find an Indian company on a freelancer site. Put the job up on Freelancer.com to get an idea on the $$$ bid amount and ask the bidders to send you links to samples they've done in the style you want.

i think Serge from SilverCrocodile has talented animators who can do it - his GFY nickname is 'holograph'.
