But I use my Canon PS230 a lot panorama-like.
Just snap 2 quick pics and then stitch em together with "The Panorama Factory". It's by far the best pano software I have come across, looks seamless.
The camera is TINY, and takes great pics for the price. I paid $549 Canadian.

The panorama feature I was thinking about was a lot like that. You snap pictures, and the camera guides you so they will fit together in a panorama, as you take them.
