I've owned an A8 and an S500 both before, and I have to say that the Mercedes is better. There is no car better than a Mercedes. Although personally, I feel that the A8 looks tremendously better, the quality doesn't compare. I had a 540i BMW as well, and it was pretty good quality, but still didn't compare to Mercedes. My next car is a CL600, I think. I have a Porsche Carrera right now, and it's pretty good, but still, Mercedes is the best.
