and the transfers were directedto a Suntrust Bank account for Cogent Communications in Atlanta, Georgia, including thefollowing:a.
On or about June 28, 2010, a transfer of approximately $1,000,000;q.
On or about July 23, 2010, a transfer of approximately $1,450,000;r.
On or about August 27, 2010, a transfer of approximately $1,000,000;s.
On or about September 24, 2010, a transfer of approximately $1,000,000;t.
