He is right now stuck in his cloud trying to figure out why its not time shifting charges but all conspiracy to commit.... type of charges just like I pointed out some months ago in here ;-)
I think the charges is going to end up a lot more serious in the end... it didn't look like there was a lot of financial charges yet
