I wasn't lying, but apparently it has moved - I haven't been to DC in quite a few years, so please forgive me for not being up to date on where the hookers are.
Googling it turned up a lot of articles

According to
Wikipedia, they have since gentrified the area. Consensus seems to indicate the whole affair has since moved to 11th and L.
