I was staying in San Diego and made a trip into TJ by myself back in 2006. I can't speak for how safe it is now.
I went to Madonna's. Imagine going to a strip club, then seeing the hottest girl in the club dancing. This girl might look like Sofia Vergara. Then you tell the manager you want to fuck her. Then you go to a private room and get busy.
Such a great concept.
