I love Joomla. I've used it since I can remember, the Mambo days for mainstream projects. It has amazing mods, an amazing community, I'm not sure there is anything it can't do. I'm not sure it's the least complicated, there is a learning curve. But, passing that curve isn't difficult and worth it, in my opinion.
