I keep my house very clean and don't have cock roaches, sounds like a personal problem.
Oh, and since you aren't can't quite comprehend the difference between insects and domesticated pets.
Insects invade your home (unless of coarse you choose them as pets, which in your case I woudn't doubt). Sounds like you have a fiesta of filth going on..... mice, roaches, flies....
Suggestion #2 : Double the does of Lithium, Keep your doors shut so the flies don't get in and hire a housekeeper.
