Riding around on an underpowered glorified bicycle surrounded by tons of metal and glass piloted by ignorant fat bastards with zero patience (most of whom really couldn't give a fuck whether they flatten you or not) is slightly more nerve-wracking than it looks, nothing like riding a proper motorcycle. To most drivers, your mere existence on a scooter is enough to subconsciously frustrate them to the point that puts you in danger, and 99% of car and truck drivers will do anything to get in front of you just because.
