The next time one of your clients calls you multiple times out of desperation and anger because they felt they were railroaded...be humane enough to return the call or send an email.

If you are honest with yourself you know you could have returned a phone call...that would have meant a lot and would have showed us that you were sympathetic to our misfortune....
