You're probably already screwed. Start->run->cmd
netstat -ano
alt+cntl+del, click on the processes tab.
Look up, click on View and click Select Columns
Enable PID (Process Identifier)
Now get kinky and match up any listening sockets to the PID that
has it opened. Do a little research and see if something is running that shouldn't be.
Also you may wanna check
Start->run->winconfig ... click on startup tab and take a brief look.
