I could go to the extreme other side and film myself doing it. Likely nobody wants to see a 40 year old pale guy with a few extra pounds naked and working out. . . but who knows I might be a hit in the gay market. LOL
PX90 is a series of workouts that change each day. I think there are 12 different workout. For example day 1 might be exercises for chest and back. Day 2 is abs. Day 3 is cardio. Day 4 is yoga and so on. You do all 12 then start over. Supposedly you do this for 90 days and it has an amazing effect. A friend of mine did it lost about 40 pounds in those 90 days, but it is very tough and at the start there were a few days he couldn't make it through.
