Thanks, forgot they even had a forum, been quite some time since i checked it out. Ill do that. But I figure email should have reached them so if they were wanting to address the issue, they would have. But I will definitely try bringing it up there.
Ill never understand this industry and it's support. I am constantly busy launching new paysites and free sites, shooting my own content, editing and i always find time to answer emails, especially important ones. Just seems like such an easy task to me.
But its not a coincidence that a company as big as them with as deep of pockets can't find a way to maintain their place in the industry. Work ethic goes a long way.
Each time i spend days waiting for responses from people in this industry, it just adds to a pile of frustration
