webmaster is just as bad, or worse, just such a new type of career that at most people have put 15 years in it.

get a job you really like and you shouldn't have that problem.
being your own boss helps though
In my case I made my hobby my job which makes me work longer and harder, however I do it with joy :-)
i wake up every morning with a smile on my face and go to work
