You can outsource the work however for someone in the OP's position or just starting out it's not going to be economical to do so. In the early stages of blogging you'll also want to be testing different things to see what converts better. eg: thumbnails vs large pictures, the right mix of video clips vs images, etc
When you have your process perfected then it's possible to outsource. All you need to do is document the process then hand the work over to someone else. I use
oDesk to find people to update blogs, often it's possible to find good writers with basic photoshop cropping skills for a few dollars an hour.
