I want to make it clear that blackmonsters is a good programmer that is why it was a nice investment to hire him for 14,400 a year cause that is what he requested.
But him posting shit for the other skilled designers i would like to hire to see because he was not happy with the way i keep my business organized makes you a shit head.
And for those who think i am cheap i offered to drive down to meet him + offered him a spot working in our office. I would have covered everything to get him setup to help grow our company.
