Right, Bush signed it, but wasn't it just within the last year or 2 they went and closed down all the sites and stuff?
I am wondering if this will do the same as Medical Pot.
We will not make it a federal crime, we need the money, then Oh wait we need something for the feds to do, and send out letters shutting them down..
