People already do any drug they want to.
It's really not much different than Prohibition was with alcohol. It created a giant criminal enterprise and people still do it anyway.
And all the bums here in Vegas (and they are EVERYWHERE here) aren't doing illegal drugs. They are pretty much all alcoholics. So Darwinism already happened.
Taking "ghetto drugs" out of this conversation for a second...pot and coke are EXPENSIVE. Bums lying in the gutter "fucked out of their minds" can't afford to do good pot or really good coke that hasn't been stepped on to death.
More importantly...when you just sit back and think about it...how did the govt. ever get the power to tell an individual that they can't smoke something? Or ingest something? Or even grow something on their own property?
Kinda crazy isn't it? Especially since Washington and Jefferson both GREW pot! lol And many of the founding fathers wrote about the pleasures of smoking it.
