I doubt he has that level of sophistication. The most likely scenario is that he spent 2-3 hours one Saturday morning in his boxers building a list of sites to fuck with, without actually knowing what the fuck he's actually doing. Internet Explorer and Notepad. Actually, forget the boxers. Maybe he sat down in his "home office" in pressed trousers and a collared shirt feeling all self-righteous and important about his little gig.
You know... a nobody deluding themself into thinking they are important by trying to police the Internet kind of thing. Problem is he doesn't know what the fuck he's doing. Didn't he also report the original sites of the person who contracted him as infringing and try to get them removed from search results? This guy is a fucking clown.
This is obviously the work of a middle-aged to older guy who got into the Internet a few years ago and now thinks he knows what the fuck he's doing. Guy got lucky scoring a contract from a good guy like EscortBiz, but fucked it up because, well, the gap in the market that he thought he saw doesn't really exist and fucking up is a foregone conclusion for any Joe Average (i.e. a guy with no real connections) who is dumb enough to think that they can establish themselves as some kind of Internet enforcer for profit.
