We've had an on-going open support ticket in their system about it for 3 weeks now. The card works everywhere else online, my bank has not seen any declined/attempted transactions from Paxum, but for some mysterious reason, Paxum's system won't approve my card.

A real bugger as we have affiliates waiting to be paid. Last week I had to load funds by wire, which I hate doing. Looks like I'll need to do it again this week.
