Shouldn't you already know the answer to this question?
I'll save you the hassle though, Google is fine with advertising porn, as long as it stays within certain boundaries.
The reference to the lack of ads above is to make a point about those overly general keywords not being
buying keywords. Meaning they don't convert well enough to at the very least break even on a campaign, much less turn a profit.
