* In a small MN town my Dad was an MD, surgeon and Captain in the Army in WW2 (as all medical people of his talents were/are right out of the gate).
I lost him at 11 but I remember the Christmas's up till then. Don Otto actually was not his name but lets go with it to protect the innocent.

He was a real guy but not the druggest.
The real Don Otto was a friend of my dad and always drove the nicest new Caddie.

Kind of a Player. In small town MN

lol
Anyhow the drugstore (there were 2 in town) of course wanted to be on the doctor's good sides for prescriptions. There were 2-3 doctors in town.
Every year on Christmas Eve at 7 pm sharp the owner of one of the drugstores, (lets say Don Otto cause it is such a cool name

) would arrive at my dad's front step with a big jumbo box of Fanny Farmer candy.
You are kind of like Don Otto here.
And I am kind of like Don Otto here too.
Give and it is given unto you.
And that is a Christmas story for this year
