There are a few decent processors:
CCBill
Verotel
Zombaio
I'm sure I forgot one. CCbill is kind of the "industry standard", the one that definitely isn't the wrong choice. One of the others may have an advantage for some people, but if you're not sure, you can't go wrong with CCBill.
Do NOT use some processor (or web host) noone here has ever heard of because the rates look a little cheaper or something. That'll eventually bite you badly.
