I somehow have the feeling that they not only piss me off, but also the surfer. Why not let the surfer know where he's going? What's there to hide?
Other than that, I'd put some more gallery links below the banner farm in the middle. Other than that, it's a little colorless, which is a matter of taste. Not mine.
