Not many quality banners from most sponsors. Especially hard to find the ones you want in the correct dimensions. I'd suggest sticking with quality sponsors and having custom banners made for them instead of choosing a random sponsor just for the banners.
I think there are a few designers on here that specialize in banners. I've seen some nice stuff from FletchXXX.
