He was philosopher,but type of philosopher from a bar. In 1990 he made big mistake giving amnesty to around 20 000 criminals and let them from jail and make same shit all around country. On of serial killers Jozef Slovak came to my country and killed also here. In a year after he was released out of prison,he killed several more women. Back in 60's Havel was hiding in Belgrade (Yugoslavia) and later, he supported devastation of same country wherever he could. Low moral.
