google has some free tools that help create mobile pages, there are codes you can put in the html code that will convert your site to mobile by reducing the images and detecting the different browsers. If you have word press you can us a plug in to convert to mobile and direct traffic there. There are also services that you can use to make and host a a mobile version of your site. The blog is probably the easiest way to convert and re redirect with mobile content.
